About Loida
I come to this work not only through professional training, but through a life lived.
As a wife and a mother of six, and someone who has walked through many seasons of change, I understand the complexities of life — raising children into adulthood, identity shifts, and learning to find meaning in each new chapter. These experiences have shaped the way I listen , sit with others, and hold space with care.
I completed my Master of Counselling in Australia, building on my earlier studies in Psychology and Family Ministry and Counselling. Alongside this professional foundation, I bring a steady, reflective presence and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
My approach is gentle and person-centred. I believe that each of us carries a quiet wisdom within, and that healing and clarity can emerge when there is space to pause, reflect and be truly heard.
For those who are open to it, I can also hold space for questions of meaning, space and spiritual reflection.
At the heart of my practice is a simple intention: to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience and find your way forward.
